We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• Items must be in original packaging with tags attached
• Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalised or embroidered items
• Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. socks, underwear) once opened
• Items marked as final sale

How to Return

Contact our team at info@alphaworkwear.ie with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We’re happy to exchange. Contact us and we’ll arrange it for you.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. You’ll be notified by email once processed.
